This page is how to reach the editorial team behind this PureLung guide. We answer editorial, correction, privacy and press enquiries. We are not the manufacturer or the seller, so we cannot see, change, cancel or refund an order.

PureLung customer service, refunds and order tracking

PureLung customer service is run by the seller who takes the payment, not by this website. If you need to track a delivery, cancel or change an order, claim the 60-day money-back guarantee, query a card charge or ask about a return address, the seller is the only party who can act on it.

• Where the support address is. Your order confirmation email carries the seller’s own support address and your order number. Those two details resolve almost every order question.
• Refunds and the 60-day guarantee. The refund window runs from the date of purchase and is administered against the seller’s order records. Confirm the current terms on the official PureLung order page before you pay.
• Order tracking and delivery. Shipping updates come from the seller’s fulfilment system. We cannot look up a tracking number.
• Phone numbers. We do not publish a PureLung phone number, because we cannot verify one. Any number quoted on a third-party page should be treated with suspicion — use the address in your confirmation email instead.
• Cancelling a subscription. PureLung is sold as a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, so there should be no recurring charge. If your statement shows one, contact your card issuer and the seller.

• Editorial and press enquiries. Questions about how we research, how we earn, or who we are.
• Privacy requests. Anything covered by our privacy policy.

What we cannot help with

Orders, payments, shipping, exchanges and refunds are handled entirely by the seller on the official checkout. We have no access to your order and cannot process a refund on your behalf. Your order confirmation email carries the seller’s own support address — that is the address the 60-day money-back guarantee is administered from.

Medical questions

We cannot give medical advice, and we will not try. PureLung is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for asthma, COPD, bronchitis or any respiratory infection. If you have shortness of breath, a wheeze, chest pain or a persistent cough, speak to a clinician. If you take prescription medication — particularly an anticoagulant, given the ginkgo in the blend — ask your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement.
